This policy applies to all users including customers, consultants, and visitors. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

4. Information Sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Assigned Consultants: We share relevant project details with consultants assigned to your ticket. Consultants sign confidentiality agreements.
- Payment Processor: Stripe processes payments. Your card details are held by Stripe and never stored on EOH servers.
- Infrastructure Providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Shopify (storefront) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not share your information with marketing companies, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Hashed passwords (bcrypt) — we never store plain-text passwords
- Row-level security in our database
- httpOnly cookies for authentication tokens
- Regular security reviews and access controls
No system is 100% secure. If you suspect a security incident, contact us immediately at security@erponlinehub.com.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, and for 3 years after closure for legal compliance
- Support tickets: Retained for 5 years after project completion
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years per California financial record requirements
- Usage logs: Retained for 90 days then automatically deleted
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7). Deletion requests are subject to legal retention requirements.

As a California resident, you have the following rights:
