These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ERP Online Hub Learning Hub. Please read them carefully before accessing any learning content.

01 — Agreement
Acceptance of Terms
Your agreement to these terms is required to use the Learning Hub

By accessing or using the ERP Online Hub Learning Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Learning Hub.

ERP Online Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Learning Hub following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 — Account Registration
Account Requirements
Obligations and responsibilities of registered users
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account
  • You must notify ERP Online Hub immediately of any unauthorized account access
Account Security
ERP Online Hub will never ask for your password by email. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support@erponlinehub.com.
03 — Subscription and Payment
Billing Terms
Subscription cycles, cancellation, and refund policy

Recurring Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle as specified at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize ERP Online Hub to charge your payment method on each billing date.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods
  • Course credits and in-progress premium path access are forfeited upon cancellation

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Course credits consumed prior to cancellation are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution
Billing disputes must be raised within 14 days of the charge by contacting support@erponlinehub.com with your account email and the transaction date.
04 — Content Licence

What you may and may not do with Learning Hub content

Permitted Use

  • Access and read course content for personal educational purposes
  • Take private notes for personal study
  • Download and share your own certificates
  • Use AI Tutor responses to support your own learning

Not Permitted

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing any course content
  • Creating derivative works based on course materials
  • Using course content for commercial training or instruction
  • Sub-licensing access to any third party
  • Publishing lesson content, quiz questions, or AI Tutor responses on any public platform
05 — Certificates
Certificate Terms
Issuance, ownership, and limitations of certificates
  • Certificates are issued to the individual whose name appears on the certificate and may not be transferred
  • ERP Online Hub does not guarantee that certificates will be recognized by any employer, institution, or regulatory body
  • Certificates are retained permanently and are not affected by subscription cancellation or expiry
  • ERP Online Hub reserves the right to revoke certificates issued on the basis of fraudulent or dishonest conduct
Recognition Disclaimer
ERP Online Hub certificates attest to the completion of a structured learning programme. They are professional development credentials and are not equivalent to degrees, professional qualifications, or vendor certifications.
06 — AI Tutor
AI Tutor Disclaimer
Scope, limitations, and terms of use for the AI Tutor

The AI Tutor is an educational assistance tool. ERP Online Hub makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of information provided by the AI Tutor. The AI Tutor is intended to support learning, not to replace professional ERP consulting, implementation advice, or vendor-certified training.

07 — Liability
Limitation of Liability
Scope of ERP Online Hub's legal liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERP Online Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Learning Hub, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or inability to access content.

ERP Online Hub's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Learning Hub shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

08 — Governing Law

Legal jurisdiction and contact information

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Santa Clara County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
