01 — Purpose
Policy Overview
Acceptable use standards for the ERP Online Hub Learning Hub

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the ERP Online Hub Learning Hub. By accessing any Learning Hub content, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this policy. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of Learning Hub access.

Scope
This policy applies to all users regardless of subscription plan, including Free plan users, paid subscribers, and Enterprise account holders.
02 — Academic Integrity
Integrity Requirements
Standards governing assessments, certificates, and learning conduct

ERP Online Hub issues certificates that attest to the genuine achievement of the named individual. The integrity of these certificates is fundamental to their value. The following are strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Exam Conduct

  • Using AI tools, third-party services, or any external assistance during final exam assessments
  • Attempting to access lesson content during a final exam through means other than the standard interface
  • Sharing quiz questions, answer choices, or correct answers with other users
  • Submitting answers that are not your own original responses

Prohibited Certificate Conduct

  • Misrepresenting a certificate as belonging to a different individual
  • Altering or falsifying the appearance of any certificate
  • Claiming completion of a learning path that was not personally completed
  • Using another user's account to obtain certificates under a false name
Technical Controls
The AI Tutor is technically disabled during final exams at both the frontend and backend levels. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction through alternative means constitutes a violation of this policy.
03 — Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Activities
Actions that are not permitted under any circumstances

Account Violations

  • Sharing account credentials with other individuals
  • Accessing the Learning Hub using another user's account
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit or usage limits
  • Attempting to bypass authentication or access controls
  • Impersonating another user or ERP Online Hub staff

System and Content Violations

  • Extracting, copying, or redistributing lesson content or quiz questions
  • Automating interactions through scripts, bots, or programmatic access
  • Attempting to access backend systems, APIs, or databases without authorization
  • Submitting abusive or harmful content through the AI Tutor
  • Publishing or sharing proprietary course content on any public platform
04 — Credit and Billing
Course Credit Policy
Rules governing the allocation and use of course credits
  • Course credits are non-refundable once a premium path has been opened
  • Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over
  • ERP Online Hub reserves the right to adjust credit allocations with notice to affected users
  • Disputes regarding credit deductions must be raised within 14 days of the transaction
No Rollover
Unused course credits at the end of a billing cycle are forfeited. Credits are refreshed at the start of each new billing cycle according to your plan.
05 — Certificates
Certificate Issuance and Revocation
Conditions under which certificates are issued or revoked

Grounds for Revocation

ERP Online Hub reserves the right to revoke a certificate in the following circumstances:

  • Evidence of academic dishonesty in the completion of any assessment
  • Account fraud or impersonation of another individual
  • Discovery that completion requirements were circumvented through technical means
  • Any material violation of this Acceptable Use Policy
Revocation Process
Revoked certificates are removed from the public verification system immediately and are no longer valid. The certificate holder is notified by email upon revocation.
