This architecture ensures your sensitive business data is never transmitted to or stored on ERP Online Hub servers.

Yes. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to the plan's features. No credit card is required to start a trial if activated via a promotional trial code. Standard subscriptions require payment at the time of upgrade, but you may cancel within the trial window for a full refund.
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you are charged the difference prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, at which point the lower plan activates.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe using your saved credit or debit card. PDF invoices are available for download from Profile → Billing → Invoice History. No hidden fees or setup charges apply.
When your AI query quota is reached, you will see a clear notification in the interface. You may upgrade your plan immediately to continue consulting, or wait for your quota to reset at the start of the next billing period. Quotas reset monthly on your billing anniversary date.
ERP Online Hub accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Corporate purchasing via wire transfer or invoicing is available for Enterprise plans. Contact support@erponlinehub.com for enterprise procurement arrangements.
Navigate to any upgrade screen or Profile → Billing → Change Plan. Locate the "Promo Code" field, enter your code exactly as provided, and click "Apply." Discount codes reduce the displayed price at checkout. Trial and complimentary plan codes display an "Activate Now" button that requires no payment.
Navigate to Profile → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan remains active and fully functional until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period. You may re-subscribe at any time and your account data will be retained.
Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. Enter your registered email address. A secure reset link is sent to your inbox — click it, enter your new password, and you are signed in automatically. The reset link expires after 1 hour. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact Support.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step — after entering your password, you also enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator). This ensures that even if your password is compromised, your account cannot be accessed without the second factor.
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on all professional and enterprise accounts. Enable it from Profile → Security → Enable 2FA.
Account lockouts occur after 5 consecutive failed sign-in attempts as a security measure. The lockout is temporary and automatically lifts after a defined interval. If you need immediate access, contact Support at support@erponlinehub.com with your registered email address. Identity verification will be required before unlocking.
Yes. Click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with LinkedIn" on the sign-in screen. Your account is created or accessed instantly using your social identity. Email verification is not required for social sign-in. You may link or unlink social accounts from Profile → Security.
Navigate to Profile → Sessions. Each active session displays device type, browser, approximate location, and last activity time. Click "Revoke" to terminate any unrecognized session immediately. Use "Sign Out All Other Devices" to revoke all sessions except your current one. Sessions expire automatically after 2 hours of inactivity.
Yes. ERP Online Hub employs industry-standard security practices:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — never stored in plain text
- ERP Online Hub does not connect to your live ERP system
- Screen analysis captures single snapshots — no continuous video is stored
- Uploaded files are processed and not retained permanently after analysis
- Authentication is protected by JWT tokens with short expiration windows
Speech-to-Text (STT) transcribes your spoken words into the text input field. The AI responds in text. Available on Basic plans and above.
Speech-to-Speech (S2S) is a fully spoken conversation mode — you speak, the AI listens, understands, and responds with a natural synthesized voice. Supports multiple voice profiles and playback speed control. Available on Professional plans and above.
If the microphone is not functioning:
- Check that your browser has microphone permission — click the lock icon in the address bar → allow microphone
- Ensure no other application is exclusively using the microphone
- Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for optimal voice feature compatibility
- On mobile, ensure the EOH website has microphone permission in your device settings
- Refresh the page after granting permissions
No. Live Screen Analysis captures individual screenshots at the moment you ask a question — it does not record a continuous video stream. Only the specific window or browser tab you select is captured. Screenshots are used solely to generate your AI response and are not permanently stored on ERP Online Hub servers.
Speech-to-Text supports over 40 languages including English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Italian, Russian, Dutch, and Turkish. Speech-to-Speech voice output supports the major languages listed above, with ongoing language additions. The platform interface itself is in English.
ERP Online Hub supports export in four professional formats:
- PDF — formatted and print-ready for sharing and archiving
- Word (.docx) — fully editable with AI-structured headings, sections, and tables
- Excel (.xlsx) — structured spreadsheets for data tables, comparison matrices, and configuration lists
- PowerPoint (.pptx) — presentation-ready slide decks for training, proposals, and executive reviews
You may export in two ways:
- Natural language in chat: Type "Create a PDF summary of this session" or "Export this conversation to Word" — the AI generates the document automatically
- Export button: Click the export icon in the toolbar or type /export → select your preferred format → download immediately
For highest quality, complete a thorough consultation before exporting, and specify the structure you require — e.g. "Export as a Word document with an executive summary, root cause analysis, and recommended solution."
Previously exported documents are saved in Profile → Export History. You may download them again at any time within the retention period specified by your plan. Documents exported during a session are available immediately upon generation.
Project Manager Mode (PM Mode) is a comprehensive ERP implementation project management environment integrated within EOH. It enables consultants to manage full implementation projects with AI assistance — creating projects, tracking phases and tasks, managing team members, scheduling meetings, generating professional documents, and conducting project-aware AI consultations.

Yes. ERP Online Hub is fully responsive and accessible on smartphones and tablets via any modern mobile browser. The chat interface, voice features, document export, and My Tickets section function on mobile devices. For the best experience with Live Screen Analysis, a desktop or laptop computer is recommended.
No. Query quotas, voice minutes, and export counts reset on your billing anniversary date each month. Unused allowances do not carry forward to the next billing period. If you consistently require more than your plan provides, consider upgrading to the next tier to avoid interruptions.
ERP Online Hub processes your queries to generate responses and does not retain conversation content for training purposes beyond your own session history. We recommend not including personally identifiable information (PII), credentials, or classified data in your queries. Uploaded files are analyzed in real-time and are not permanently retained. All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.3.
ERP Online Hub is optimized for modern web browsers. Recommended browsers include Google Chrome (latest), Microsoft Edge (latest), and Mozilla Firefox (latest). Safari on macOS and iOS is supported with full functionality. Internet Explorer is not supported. For voice and screen-sharing features, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge is strongly recommended for the most reliable experience.
Account sharing is not permitted under the Terms of Service. Each team member requires an individual account. For teams, we recommend the Business plan or Project Manager plan, which provide substantially higher usage quotas suited to multiple active users. Enterprise plans include volume licensing arrangements — contact us to discuss team-based pricing.
Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period. Your account data — including profile information, chat history (within Free plan retention limits), and exported documents — is retained and accessible. You may re-subscribe at any time to restore your previous plan's features and access your full history. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact Support with your request.
